Leaving Behind the Debt

We are very ready to get rid of our debt (we're not counting our mortgage as "debt" at this point). We're happy to announce that this month we finished paying off my dad for the Menards trip he took with Mike when we first moved into this house! The new doors, locks, and various other things added up quickly! Now the next one to tackle is the CC - really we aren't terrible - $1600 or so on there - and that was all from July-present - moving expenses and such! Whew. After that one we move up to a much higher debt, our Student Loans! Eek. Right now our monthly payments are $325. Can we bump that up to $500 soon?! I sure hope so. It would be nice to not have those hanging around forever!
