We spent time in the basement today. I'm so excited. We got out the chalk line, the orange chalk, the tape measure, and our brains. We have now completed the chalking of the basement. Now we only have to do ALL of the work... but at least we're SOMEWHERE. I can now see nice orange lines on the floor showing me where walls, bookshelves, and doors will be. I'm a very happy woman. Now it's time for money saving deals at our favorite home stores...
